mixed the push rods and lifters

i rebuilt my 225 buick v6 engine but i mixed up the lifters and pushrods will this cause any harm to my engine

Hi:
Normally you should tru to keep them where they came from because of the way they wear, but if everything looks the same, it should be fine.
