Ok my trans just went out last week I had it rebuilt and picked it up on thursday. It ran good until I got home from work on friday. Took a shower and left to get my son. I drove a few feet and my car stalled. I tried to start it and it would not start. So, I called my boyfriend a few hours later and he thought it might be the fuel pump. So, I went out to start the car to hear if the pump was turning on. Well my car started up but I noticed that when I would give it gas it would rev up still after I would take my foot off the pedal and stay reving for a few seconds. So I thought nothing of it and drove off thinking maybe it worked it self out but I just got a few feet again and it stalled. So now he is thinking I might be a vac line that was left off or a tcc solenoid? Could this be soming they did wrong rebuilding my transmission?

I would take it to the trans shop and explain the problem that you didn't have before. They may have missed a vacuum line, left something unplugged. Regardless, I feel they need to check it.

Let me know what you find.
