I have put 3 throttle sensors in my car in the last year. The last one has been in the car for 200 miles and its starting to malfunction.
When I put my foot on the pedal with just a touch of pressure, it will start jerking. After some miles the engine light will come on, then the transmission will not change gears after a certain length of time. Its in high gear when it goes out.
I have had it diagnosed as the the throttle, the PRNDL switch and one other that I can't recall.
What do you think?

Hi:
Yes to the trans switch. As far as the TPS, I question why you are going through so many of them. Has anyone checked the voltage to it? Also, are they replacing it with a cheap aftermarket part?
