1995 Buick Lesabre fuel system problems

My car just died a couple of times in the road if I let it sit for a bit it would crank right up and then finally I wouldn't crank anymore it would however turn over since then I have put a new fuel filter in and a new fuel pump and it is still not cranking but still turns over so please do u have any ideas on what I should try next I know don't have much money because I spent it on the fuel pump what money I did have can u please give me some good advice what to do next please.
