The Problem is in the blower module. It is located right there under the dash by the fan. It can be alittle tough to get out sometimes but that is what you need to replace. It has 3 screws that hold it in the one closest to the firewall just needs to be loosend enought to get the module out, otherwiae it is hard to get it back in.

When you go to get the part they may call it a resister. Some years it was a module other years they called it a resister.
