ABS/TRAC OFF LIGHT

I have a 99' Grand AM GT1, 140K Mi, 3.4 V6. For the past few months now while I've been driving to and from places, my ABS/Trac Off light come on. It usually comes on right away when I start driving. My low trac light will appear on and pull me a little and then the ABS/TRAC OFF Light comes on afterwards. I've had my breaks checked and also my rotors. Everything is new! Why might these lights be coming on?

Does the car actaully pull when you brake all the time or just when the light is on?

When I first start the car and begin to drive, the low trac kicks on, and pulls me a little. Then the abs/trac off lights come on. While they're on, my car drives fine. But when they are on, my abs brakes to not work and my trac is off. I am not sure why this is doing this. About two or three months ago I got my Struts replaced and after that. Everything starting screwing up with my brakes. I've had my brakes checked and they're like new.
