SOME TIMES WHEN I GO TO START MY CAR IT SOUNDS LIKE IT IS NOT GETTING ENOUGH AMPS FROM MY BATTERY. THE BATTERY TERMINALS LOOK CLEAN

I would remove the terminals, clean where the connection is made, and then replace them making sure they are tight. Also, make sure the ground to the engine block is clean and tight.
