1986 Buick Century no spark no fuel

1986 Buick Century 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I bought this buick century for 200.00 it does not have any power comeing out of the coil, I have power to coil and replaced the coil and still no power to distriutor, also fuel pump does not come on when key is turned on.
could this be the nock cencer if so where is it located

Shouldnt be the knock sensor. You need the vehicle to be running for that to take affect.

Are you geting +12v with key on? How bout key off? When cranking do you get a -12v reference?

When key is turned on right away does fuel pump turn on and stay on? Whats the oil pressure when cranking?
