Brake pedal will sink

The car will roll about an inch or two, then the brakes will catch. If I let my foot off the brake and press back down it is back to normal. Looked for leaks but found none.

If the brake pedal slowly goes to the floor, there are no leaks, and the brake fluid is full, my first suspect is the master cylinder (MC). In the master cylinder there are plungers. Over time, they wear and even get brittle. As a result, brake fluid is able to bypass them and the pedal will drop. However, most times you can pump the brakes and get a pedal again.
