I do not think so since they are not even the same makes, one is Mercury and one Buick.
I did look up the pads part numbers, the 1995 Mercury Grand Marquis are front pads F5AZ2001A, rear pads F5AZ2200DA. The 1998 Buick park Avenue are front 18045380, rear pads, 18043999.
