Hi there, I just bought a 2004 Chevrolet Optra LS Sedan from its original owner and i noticed the breaks are soft. They don't stutter and there is no sound, just soft. Im not sure if this is just how this car is but i thought it might be brake pressure, a fluid leak or just needed new pads. I took it into the GM dealership and after them inspecting it they found the pads are good for another year at least and there are no leaks or issues with pressure. What could this be?

Thank you!!

it probably has air in system of abs unit. you can try bleeding yourself but a pro will likely have to hook up a scanner to bleed it to open abs valves.
