What is the reason for the control arms being replaced? If they are loose and are causing the vibration then I would not drive it. However, if they are not loose and the vibration is caused by the rotors being warped then it is okay for now.

Let's start why the vehicle needs these parts and then we can go from there. Normally when the brakes pulsate when pressed it is because the rotors are warped but again we need to find out why these other parts need replaced. Thanks
