Brakes grinding?

When turning left while foot pressing on brake it shutters and unable to stop.

Yep, this can happen when the brake pads are metal to metal and need replacement, but to be sure can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the noise? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response. This video should help you fix it:

It has new pads. I described it wrong when turning L holding brake pedal something grabs and I'm unable to come to a quick stop.

It could be a broken suspension part; I would raise the truck up and use a flashlight to inspect the frame and suspension components.
