Hey, I got the front brake rotors and pads replaced a few weeks ago because the car was grinding and pulsing at a stop mostly on the front passenger side. But after changing both, the grinding stopped but the pulsing didn’t. So, I took it to Pep Boys this past week and they told me my front right rotor was warped and needed to be replaced less than two weeks after getting them. I have since replaced the front passenger rotor again this morning, but the problem continues to persist. Do you have any suggestions on what might be the issue?

They must have rust or something under the rotor when they are installing it on the hub. There are only two things that cause this problem which is a bad rotor, the mounting is not correct, or you have worn lower ball joints. Also, they need to torque the wheel on, or it will cause the brake rotor to warp as well. Here is the correct way to replace the rotor in the images below. Also, here is how to change out the lower control arm and ball joint. I would do both sides.

You can get the parts from Amazon.
