brakes??

so i know i have warped ...roaters?...i think thats what they are called but yesterday the car overheated then smelled like burnimng rubber and when i tried to stop to turn the brakes didnt stop the car it like stuttered that is the best way i can describe it. i dont know what to look at do you have any ideas

if the rotors are warped it normally feels like the pedal is going up and down they will either have to be replaced or turned if they are thick enough to get rid of it. Of course new pads will need to be installed as well.
