Ahhh; my dream car!
Most are going to have 10" brakes. The 11" were used for fleet and police vehicles. With trucks you can look at the list of optional equipment in the glove box or under the hood, but with cars you have to take one of the brakes apart and measure the drum to be sure. You might be able to crawl underneath and measure the drum where it is formed around the lip of the backing plate. The actual measurement is the diameter of the inside friction surface. A 10" drum will be about 10 1/2" on the outside but you won't see that because the wheel is covering it. The bell-shaped lip outside of the backing plate will be around 11 1/2".
If you have the less-common 11" brakes the outside diameter of the lip will be around 12 1/2".
