Hi GerardMartin,

Clearly if you have a pedal going to the floor then you have air in the system or a leak where fluid is escaping.

If all of this in the guide below checks out then I would suggest trying to break the system down in components so you can test each one. Basically, get some old metal brake lines about 4 inches long and fittings for each line coming off the master cylinder. If you plug the ends of each of these lines so that you are just testing the master cylinder chambers and if it has a hard pedal then you know it is not the master cylinder. Then just remove and connect one line actual brake line at a time and bleed the system again. This way, you will find which leg of the system is the issue.

This is a little unconventional and may take a little time to set up but it is very definitive in finding where the issue is. Let me know if you have questions.

That seems to be working getting half pedal now front calipers have 2 bleed nipples top and bottom. Do both need to be bled? Also, is it a good idea to pressure bleed the whole system? Thank you

Can you take a picture of the bleeders because I don't remember? If I see it I hope I will remember and will better assist. As for pressure bleeding it, you only need to do this if you don't have someone to pump up and hold the pedal.

Thanks
