Brake and taillights not working properly

Brake light are stuck on and won't go off while the car is running. when the car is in the on position they work as they should but once the car is started they stay on and won't work properly. I have changed the brake fluid and the brake switch has been replaced three times I can't seem to figure it out.

Hello,

There are four fuses that run the system we should check those first. Here is the brake light wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works if the fuses are good you may need the lighting switching module:
