I flushed old brake fluid manually and replaced with new. RR, LR, RF all went well giving solid brake pedal but when I did the LF (Driver Side) The pedal seemed to be ok at first then went to the floor with no resistance. Pumping several times did no good. I'm 83 and have always bled my brakes this way with no problems. My neighbor mentioned the ABS which I had no idea about. I'm assuming that it somehow got air in it but I have no idea how to bleed it out. My brake system worked ok before I flushed but felt a bit spongy and the fluid was pretty dark. That's the reason I messed with it.
Help instructions would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Hello,

Good job flushing the brake system, it really helps keep the system operating correctly. Can I ask if the brake fluid reservoir was empty at one time during the bleed job? If so, air got into the ABS control valves which must be opened using a scanner to fix the problem.

If the master cylinder had air in it, you might need to remove it to bench bleed it. Please watch this video:

Please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
