Hi,

Does anyone here know where to find the boost pressure sensor in a B5254T6 engine? Any hints would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Hi,

We don't have a manual on this specific engine as it appears to be an international engine only (meaning non-NAFTA). However, in general boost pressure sensors are in the charged air lines, normally after the charged air cooler. I would just suggest finding the turbo and following the air tubes/lines that go to the intake. Basically, this sensor is measuring the amount of boost that is coming from the turbo to the intake so it needs to be in these lines.

Sorry I don't have more detail.

Do you have a specific fault code? If you are inquiring on the turbo control valve then that solenoid is attached on the air cleaner box.
