The batter died and when I restarted the car, the sunroof won't open. How do I reset it?

To reinitialize the sunroof, get in and start the car, then push the sunroof button in the up position (not open or closed, up) and hold it until the sunroof has opened, then it will close, it can take a couple of minutes, that should do it.
