You normally would need the special 5-sided allen wrench style radio removal tool, but many people have been able to jam a small screwdriver into the head of the screws and break em loose. A regular allen wrench may strip the head of the screw so be careful if you use this.
Once the screws are loose, you simply slide the radio out. Disengaging the modular plug on the backside is a pain though and can be broken easily if you're not careful. It is held on with a funky type clip.
If you using an aftermarket radio you will need to purchase the aftermarket wire harness adapter. Depending on which model/make of radio you are installing it may or may not accept the factory cd changer or sub. Will need to read the aftermarket radio's instructions for that.
