How do I fix the blower for the A/C?

Sometimes it seems to work fine. Other times it won't come on at all. There doesn't seem to be any pattern to it.

The final stage for the fan will require replacement and the part# is 64-11-8-385-549. It is located in the passenger foot well area behind the carpet trim. Pull the plastic piece under the glovebox out (pull it towards you as you are sitting in the seat) and then the Phillips screw in the carpet trim, unclip the trim and there is a foam piece that pulls out, you will see the wiring connector. It helps if you have the replacement piece in hand. Trust me, it is not difficult and they fail all the time.
