2001 BMW 530 Car can only drive in 3rd and 4th gear

I have a 2001 bmwi and the battery, starter, and alternator checks out fine but i had a drain test and it came out 6.12A. While driving the radio, air and heater cuts in and out and my transmission shift is to the emergency mode but i can only drive in 3rd and 4th gear?! What is my problem?

Start with finding that 6.12 amp key off draw. That's a battery killer if I ever saw one. Look at the final stage for the auxiliary fan and the final stage for the blower fan or any non-BMW audio or navigation devices.
