From doing some looking about my problem it seems to be my ABS control unit. my question is will the $413.00 repair kit i found on line fix the problem?

After starting the car and it warming up the DSC light followed by or sometimes at the same time the ABS light turns on. When the ABS light comes on the speedometer stops working. Then soon after the service engine soon light comes on. The OBDII scanner says it is the speed sensor, and the peak bmw scanner gives me a host of codes including the front cam speed sensor and rear cam speed sensor.
I cleaned off all the ABS sensors at the wheels and they seem ok. I also removed the control unit from the pump and it seemed good but I have no way of testing it.
