92 BMW 325I E30 Turn Signal & hazard flashers don't work

Hello,

1992 BMW 325I convertible E30 model M20 engine

I recent had a 20 mph head on crash and had to fix a few things including replacing my steering air bag.

My problem is that the trun signals and hazard flashers don't work. no life at all. all blubs and fuses are ok. I know somewhere there's a flasher relay but I don't know where it is.

Any advise on the steps I need to talke.
