Car will not turn over. Takes at least 10 minutes to get it started. Changed the fuell filter over a month ago, and recently installed a new fuelpump. Could it possibly be the alarm? I have it in the shop again, and the mechanic could not find anything related to the fuel. He has taken the alarm apart he thinks that it would not start because of this. Is this possible?

It could definately be the alarm/immoboliser which is linked to a fuel cut off. I personally would not mess around with a factory fit alarm/immob. They are very technical on a BMW. Will look into ways off possibly resetting this for you as it is an older vehicle

You message is a little difficult to understand, do you have a starter interrupt issue or does it just not start? The early alarm systems did not cut fuel, they cut power and did not allow starting at all.
