2000 BMW 318 temperature

Dear Sir
After due respect

I have BMW car model 318i year made 2000 motor 1900 cc
My problem is when I turen on the air condition the temperature pointer become increase
And hear water voice front off the condition keys when turn off

Please help me to solve this problem
