How do I tighten the fan myself? What are the dangers is I wait to have it done? It wobbles when I am driving. This just started about 2 days ago.

This might require replacement of the water pump if the fan is not spinning true. The wobbling may be caused by a water pump bearing beginning to fail. I am curious, how you know the fan wobbles when you are driving.

I can hear it when I am driving. Every time I turn the car off, the fan is leaning in a different direction rather than sitting straight like it used to.

If the fan is loose there might be a number of things wrong that could potentially cause collateral issues. I recommend seeking some assistance as this may require special tools and equipment that you may not have considered in your search. Or were you considering attempting this repair yourself?

I was going to attempt it myself. I can't afford to pay someone to fix it right now. I don't have any special tools, just the basics.
