Hi,

I have the 2011 N63 4.4L twin turbo engine, and I have confirmed there is oil leaking between the turbo chargers and the top of the engine valley. The source of leakage appears to be associated with the common oil return line components from the turbo chargers. Can you please supply the work instructions for disassembly, replacement of the return oil cover, lines, gaskets, o-rings, etc?

Hello,

To access the oil drain block you will need to remove both turbos, the exhaust manifolds and valley pan.

A good video on a complete engine teardown is below.

Attached please find images for the vacuum system, torque specifications and the removal of the left turbo, the sequence for the right turbo will be the same.

Please let us know how you get along.

Cheers, Boris
