Blower motor does not run. Motor good, no current to red wire at resister.

There are two versions of this system. One is a manually-operated system and one has automatic temperature control. In the manual system, the red wire's circuit is only for the highest speed. If there is no voltage on that wire, check the 40-amp "blower" fuse in the under-hood fuse box. The blower will still run on the lower speeds.

If you have the automatic system, you still need to have twelve volts on the red wire, but all speeds are controlled by the HVAC controller. If the 40-amp fuse is blown, the fan will not run at any speed.

In either system, if a fuse is blown, suspect tight bearings in the fan motor. That will cause it to draw too much current. There is a second "Heater/AC" fuse in the manual system. That is a 30-amp fuse in the inside fuse box.
