Okay. I suspect you have an issue with the switch. I attached the operation that includes the terminal info to test to see if you have power. If not, you can jump power past the switch and see if the fan kicks on. If it does then you know the rest of the system is in tact.

Keep in mind this switch is what is called a ground side controlled. That means it is after the load of the motor and resistor so if the switch or its ground has failed then the circuit cannot be completed so it will not operate.
