Blend door actuator removal issue?

I can’t figure out how to get them off there are no screws?

There are screws but they are kind of hidden and it looks like there is only one and the other side is held in by design. Here are the locations and instructions on how to remove them. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
