blend door actuator replacement

when i turn on the air conditioner in my car I have to wait a while, before the air conditioner or heat comes on. I checked the compressor it is working. No air comes through the vents until about ten minutes or longer.

So when there is no air coming out of the air conditioner vents can you hear the blower motor running full speed?

No.the blower is not on.you hear the compressor working,but no air comes out of the vents.I would turn on the blower fan on high speed and no air comes out until ten minutes
or more.

I am sorry.You do not hear the blower working.No blower motor sound.

Ac blend door is not changing to from heat to defrost stuck on vent

Check the blend door actuator. Ensure the linkages are not dislodged.
