Bleed brakes with ABS

How do I bleed brakes? Just install new front disc pad now I have no brakes.

You can try a power bleeder available at rent it shops or if that does not work a mechanic will have to attach his scanner to open valves on ABS unit so brakes can be bled.

If you did the pads only then there should be no need to bleed the brakes unless you opened the caliper bleeder to do pads.

If you did open it then a simple bleed should take care of the problem. Bleed sequence is as follow.

Right rear, left rear, right front, and left front. And if you still have a spongy pedal then as HMAC300 has stated, you will need a scan tool to bleed the ABS if it is equipped with ABS.
