Hi,
Since it got worse with the added electrical load, that leads me to believe the alternator belt is loose. I don't have specific technical information on this vehicle because it isn't offered in the US, but that is the most likely cause.
Try tightening the alternator belt and let me know if the sound goes away. Also, while watching your video, it appears that the water pump pulley is moving around as if there is a bearing issue. Please check the pulley for tightness and make sure there isn't any play in the pump shaft. One other thought, make sure there is no coolant leaking from the pump and getting onto the belt.
