A loose belt or worn tensioner will cause this due to the load from all the accessories.
Also, the alternator itself could be weak not being able to keep up with the needs of the demands.
Can you check the voltage at the battery with the engine running?

There is a lot to the charging system as the engine ECM, body control module both have involvement in the system working correctly.
Check the basics first.
