Once I turn off my car something it is using a ton of power and then within an hour my battery is dead. All I know of that uses constant power is my stereo and my amp. I do not believe it is a short somewhere.

#1 - Have the battery fully tested at an auto parts store (usually a free service) A battery can be bad right off of the shelf and go bad even days or months later (reason for them there full replacement warranty's).

This will rule out the easiest thing first, before you tear into your rig or tear your hair out!

Here is the hair pulling part!

Sending you a link on the last one I dealt with first hand- this might get you in tune with various things that could be happening, other than the obvious stuff like the "hood light stays on"

After you see the idea, You Tube will show you different ways to "test for a parasitic drain". Look at several videos, one will explain and show better than others.

Once you narrow down to a certain circuit (and cannot find the problem) Return here and I will attempt to get you a wire diagram with that circuit which should show all of the items hooked to it.

Let me know what you need!
