Not cranking or starting

Car will not turn over, not sound when turning the key. All electronics and lights do come on? What could it be?

Sounds like it may be a starter motor.

Now, it still may be the battery, it is always best to check the voltage first. It should be above twelve volts, while being cranked it should not drop below 9.6 volts. Ensure that the battery is okay before moving on to the starter. Below will be a battery link.
