Poor gas milage?

The car is averaging 42-miles per quarter tank of gas. No check engine light, good o2 sensor, and I got a tune up, oil change 3 months ago. Was told fuel injector is dripping instead of spraying. I did two Techtron treatments and a Pep Boys 2 step treatment. No improvement at all.

Yep, so the OEM spark plug must be used when doing the tune up, not a substitute spark plug, the resistance in the spark plug is important as it controls the ignition timing which most people don't know. Here is the part number of the plug you should be using and how to change them out in the images below. Also here is a generic spark plug replacement guide to help you with the job as well:
