I can't remember if this car has a three piece rear drive shaft, if it does there is a center support bearing that could be causing the squeaking, though it will usually do it all the time once it goes bad.
Else wise check your wheel bearings, and dust shields for the brakes as those tend to get bent and rattle occasionally or rub against your rotors and cause a highly annoying and pitched squeaking or squealing sound. Also check for brake drag as a bad caliper will drag you pad and cause a very similar sound.
