2002 Audi A6 crankcase pressure build up

Car slight hesitation, notice a lot of smoke coming from tailpipe smoke smells like burning oil, park the car shut the engine off. Check the oil while pulling the dipstick notice pressure coming out from dipstick, any clue what seems to be the problem?

Is the oil level correct? If so theck the PCV valve and all EVAP lines to the engine to be sure none are collapsed or have broken. Does the engine run ok? Any roughness or misfires?
