2000 Audi A6 vibration

I've noticed a slight vibration/hesitation when I'm going very slowly and turning the wheel. The sharper the turn, the more vibration and hesitation I feel. This only happens at very slow speeds, such as maneuvering in a parking lot.

Your description baffles my mind, I don't understand how it can be a vibration, and a hesitation at the same time? How are the front tires wearing? You may need a front end alignment, I realize it's hard to describe what your vehicle is doing, since you don't understand anything about it, but please download your awareness program, and try to tell me more. I can read between the lines but I'm not a psychic.
