My car has a tempeture light that flashes when I turn the car on and it beeps twice. I looked under the hood and there this spot to put some fluid and on the container it says G12 im woundering what fluid do I put in there

The Antifreze is low put some more. Now just check what kind of antifreeze Audi use only europian antifreze is Blue or Red. Blue is long time and Red is life time you can purchase on the internet under Audi parts or dealer.
