When driving car jerks

When I am driving it would start to jerk very bad. I gear down or up and it will stop. When I increase speed it will start again. I will then move gears and it will stop again. Cannot say hot or cold. It feels like something dirt in the petrol. Did change petrol filter. Feels like no power as well from time to time.

This happens when the engine needs a tune up. Here are diagrams and a guide to help you get the job done use OEM parts which you can get from Amazon or RockAuto:

Make sure you disconnect the battery before doing the throttle body service.

Gap .................... 1.0 - 1.1 mm (0.039 - 0.043 in)
