Anyway to Protect my Acura from Salt Corrosion?

Hello- I recently purchased an Acura TL which I plan to keep a few years, problem is I live on the ocean in South Florida, although my parking space is covered it is open air and the car it covered with sale every day. I rinse it off routinely but I am concerned about the under side of the car.
I have always though of Undercoating as being a dealer scam but thinking of looking into it. Any thoughts on the process or higher quality materials for the application, Man I am going to feel foolish asking the dealer for Undercoating!

Don't want to rust in Florida.
