Anti theft light

The anti theft light is blinking when the car is off. this happened when I stopped at a store and opened the door to get out and the horn started honking like someone was breaking into to it. My CD player quit working when I had a battery replaced.

Hello,

Remove yourself from the car and lock it the let is sit for thirty minutes then unlock the doors using the remove this should clear the system. Does the CD players lights go on?
