All my gauges and the A/C does not work, and it says anti-theft deterrent.

This happens when the system is enabled. I would do a hard system reboot to reset the system.

Does your key fob have new batteries? Have you tried your spare key? I would start by checking the fuses, here is a guide to help and the fuse locations in the images below:

No i did everything that you suggested and nothing happened. Still does the same thing.

Okay, it look like the BCM might be out, I would do a CAN scan you see if any codes are stored. Please go over this like to see how:

Here is the locations of the BCM so you can check it out, I would remove the electrical connectors and look for corrosion, disconnect the battery first. If a code is stored for the BCM you can get a preprogrammed unit by searching Google or Ebay. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.
