Hi and welcome back to 2CarPros. Lets see if we can help here.

First, your post is kind of written in short hand. Could you give me a detailed description of your problem because I am not sure what 1/2 of your post is saying.

Thank you, Rich.

So I have a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee that has a ABS light on and it won't go over 50mph no matter how hard I pushed it. So I checked the front wheel speed sensors and the passenger side was torn in half and the ends were touching so I replaced it and tested it with a voltage meter and it aced it so I thought for sure that would fix all my problems, I thought wrong light is still on and can't go over 50mph no improvement what so ever. I also here some rotor rubbing from the rear, so I think I tested the back sensors with a voltage meter I saw on machinic collage aka YouTube it told me to lift up the back seats and there is a ABS thing underneath the carpet in the middle so I disconnected the wire and tested that out and it passed but it makes no sense there is one wire and two sensors. So not sure if that was the correct wiring because there are two separate wires coming up from right underneath it that looks like the wires I'm looking for but not for sure. And if i test the right thing then i don't no were to go from there.

Thank you for being more clear. I have two more questions for you if you don't mind.

1: The ABS light is on, what codes have you pulled from it? This link will give you instructions on how to retrieve the codes if you don't know how.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/checking-a-service-engine-soon-or-check-engine-light-on-or-flashing

2: When you are doing 50 mph how many RPM's is your tachometer reading?

Rich.

I been having a hard time finding someone that can pull the codes for me so I haven't read the codes yet. The tachometer reads 2,000 to 2,500 rpm's when going a steady 50 mph.

So I had it ran for codes and it did not look good. Three wheel speed sensors are out. that would explain the lack of speed.

Okay, get those taken care of and we'll see where yer at.

Also 2500 RPM at 50 is a bit high. You may have a high gear transmission issue or maybe the converter isn't locking up.

G switch not prossiable. Cab power feed circuit. Right front speed circuit failure. The rest are speed sensors I'm not sure if bad speed sensors can trigger all if that.

No, I don't but I do have a update it did not have anything to do with ABS it turned out that I had a plugged catalytic converter I couldn't get out my upstream sensor. so I took a shot in the dark and drilled two holes through the catalytic converter and bam problem gone. Now it's loud as heck so it's time for a new catalytic converter .

I am glad you figured it out. Make sure you replace or punch that catalytic converter. A plugged catalytic converter will get your exhaust manifold glowing red and may not only cause engine damage but will start a good fire eventually.
