. Take off the distributor cap and make sure there is no water or moisture in it
2. Also look for standing water in the injector connections
3. Slap her
4. Make sure when you turn the ignition key to on listen for the whirring of the fuel pump in the rear as it may have burned out
5. Check your timing as through all the bumps and the water it may have damaged and stretched the belt allowing it to slip a tooth
